House Rules
A few simple guidelines to ensure a wonderful stay for everyone
We're so glad to have you. The Condo at Buckhead is a private home, and we ask that you treat it with the same care you'd give your own. These guidelines are straightforward — our goal is simply to make sure every guest has an exceptional experience.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in is at 3:00 PM or later
- Check-out is by 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request — just ask in advance
- Check-in details and access instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation
Guests & Occupancy
- Maximum of 4 guests per stay
- Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight
- Please let us know in advance if your guest count changes
Noise & Neighbors
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Please be mindful of neighbors in the building at all times
- Music and TV should be kept at a considerate volume
No Parties or Events
- No parties, gatherings, or events of any kind
- The condo is intended for quiet, personal stays only
- Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay
Smoking
- Strictly no smoking anywhere inside the condo
- No smoking on the balcony or patio
- This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and any other smoking devices
The Space & Building
- Please treat the condo and all furnishings with care
- Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly
- Assigned parking is included — please use only the designated space
- Building amenities are available for guest use during your stay
